A Coupon High

This week they doubled coupons at one of our local grocery stores. They doubled the amount of any coupon up to $1.98. I was hesitant to give it a try, preparing for this shopping trip seemed a lot more involved. It took me almost an hour to sort through all my coupons and look over the store's weekly flyer so I could prepare my list.

And the GRAND TOTAL: $11.21! I saved $47.36 in coupons.

I wasn't able to get everything I wanted from my list, the store had run out of a few items.

And because I'm so proud of myself I just can't help but share the breakdown.

Even though it did take quite a bit of work to prepare for this trip it was definately worth it! I can't wait for the next time the store doubles coupons!
